
I have been training with Matt for over 7 years now. Over time, his approach to health and fitness has evolved, and he has optimized his program to incorporate so much more than just “working out.” Regarding my strength training, I have been able to build a strong and stable foundation as Matt has instilled in me the importance of executing movements with proper form. With Matt’s guidance, I was able to safely train throughout the course of my pregnancy, which had a huge benefit on my pelvic floor and core muscles. Surprisingly, I feel even stronger post pregnancy, and that’s in large part due to the FXC program!
Matt has also given me the tools to be more mindful of how I eat. He is extremely knowledgable about how metabolism works, which has allowed me to bring my macronutrients and micronutrients into balance. His understanding of nutrition allows me to tailor my diet to my specific goals at the time (getting ready for a vacation, losing extra weight from pregnancy, building up strength in my glutes).
Working with Matt has completely changed my approach to life. He creates the plan, and I just have to execute it. If longevity of the mind and body is what you are looking for, Matt is the perfect resource!
