I have had the privilege to work with Matt over the past five years. When we first started training, my goal was to build a stronger deadlift but through our time together, I have gained so much more than just a bigger deadlift.

My time with Matt has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the connection between the mind and body as well as the food that fuels them. His teaching practice informs his strength coaching, and he is always adapting and growing. He is always pushing me to achieve more. He has a very ambitious approach to his body of work and everything he does is with the mindset of getting his clients leaner, faster, stronger, and smarter every day. I am mentally and physically fitter than I ever was in my youth, and plus I’ve got a massive deadlift now.
