Circadian Nutrition
Guiding a transformative journey into mindful nutrient consumption, we make an effort to reduce meat intake and unlock the spirituality beneath slowing down and enjoying the process from kitchen to table.

Finding the perfect diet is a search that has been rooted in the fear of the thinking is what I am eating good for my body? There is no truth behind a yes or no answer to that question and our aim is to guide clients using a rules based model that fits into any type of lifestyle. Following the body’s inner compass and having an awareness of staying above or going below the line with regards to the consumption of food and drinks is a simple way to navigate the challenges that come with eating responsibly in this world full of mouth-watering confectionaries and baked treats. No thing in the universe is certain, and this applies to your diet and what you choose to eat. Making adjustments along the way to accommodate changing preferences and doing what feels right for the body is highly encouraged.
A Typical Lunch
The clock strikes 11:30 – it’s time to eat. Preparing the water to 185° in the kettle and gathering my utensils to poach an egg. It’s a chilly day so I’ll start working on a matcha latte while the water temperature rises. Homemade almond milk and a third part water. Warm to 160°ish and add 1.5 ladles of matcha power. Draw an M-shape pattern with the whisk until the matcha power fully dissolves and liquid turns milky green. Add Bulletproof inner fuel, Kellyann vanilla collagen, MCT, a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkle of salt on top. Let the latte simmer on low heat until the egg is ready. When the water comes to temperature, add a splash of vinegar and give it 17 swirls. Drop the egg and maintain water temperature between 180° – 185° for 5-6 minutes. Toast the sourdough until it is the desired texture (4-6 min). Add a layer of ghee to the crostini before delicately placing the poached egg on top. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

There are many opinions of which “healthy diet” yields the best results, and after decades of research and countless studies, it still remains an unanswered question. One might be able to utilize a nutritional protocol for 2-weeks, maybe a year or two, but most people do not want to spend their lives playing the avoidance game and worrying about “slipping up” when trying to enjoy a casual Friday evening with their spouse or the holidays with friends and family. Everyone has a choice if they want to deprive theirselves of ones of life’s most pleasurable activities. The challenge many people face is finding the proper balance between needs and desires.
The world is currently undergoing a deteriorating health crisis, notably evident in rising rates of heart disease and type 2 diabetes. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of death globally, with an estimated 17.9 million deaths annually. Moreover, the International Diabetes Federation reports that approximately 463 million people worldwide were living with diabetes in 2019, a number expected to rise to 700 million by 2045 if current trends persist. With the rise of ultra-convenient and highly processed foods that are loaded with cheap industrial oils and below standard ingredients, the global industrial food system and draining us of our vital energy. Nutritional needs vary from person to person and our approach encompasses eating real foods and following the Circadian Nutrition Eating Principles (see below) at least 80% of the time or roughly 24 days a month. Incorporating various nutritional protocols periodically aids in the cultivation and training of metabolic flexibility. We prioritize limiting the consumption of processed and sugar laden food products that have a high chance of triggering the immune system and causing spikes in blood sugar. These foods are likely to have a negative impact on the microbiome and digestive system that leads to many gastrointestinal (GI) issues such as heartburn, inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS) and leaky gut. These types of foods are contributing to the increased prevalence of obesity and metabolic dysfunction that can be seen around the globe. Cycling between various nutritional protocols and optimizing proper micronutrient balance will bring the body back into harmony with its natural biological rhythms.
An Earned Lunch

60-minute workout is completed for the day and 11:15 rolls around – it’s time to prep. Start bringing the water to temp and begin prepare the guacamole (chopped red onion, minced garlic, cilantro, scallions, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste). Set the mash aside and check the water temperature. 184° it’s time to poach the egg. No latte today, but I will take my serving of almonds and walnuts plus 4 brazil nuts. A splash of vinegar followed by 17 swirls and a mindful egg drop. Set the time for 5 minutes so the yolk stays soft and runs. Toss the sourdough in the toaster oven and toast for 6ish min for extra support. Apply a generous layer of 100% grass fed ghee to the toast before delicately placing the poached egg on top. Finish with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
