You will receive an email within 12 hours of your purchase containing a fitness questionnaire and your personalized workout calendar will be delivered to the provided email address within 48 hours after receiving the completed questionnaire.

The purchaser has the right to use the personalized workout calendar for personal fitness planning only. Any commercial use or distribution is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent.

Client information provided during the customization process will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the creation and delivery of the personalized workout calendar.

All sales of digital products and services are final and under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

Funxtional Creations LLC explicitly disclaims any liability for bodily harm or injury arising from use of the FXC Fitness Tracker. Clients engage at their own risk, acknowledging and accepting this disclaimer as a binding condition of use.
