Client information provided during the customization process will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the creation and delivery of the personalized workouts.

All sales of digital products and services are final and under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

Funxtional Creations LLC explicitly disclaims any liability for bodily harm or injury arising from use of the FXC Fitness Tracker. Clients engage at their own risk, acknowledging and accepting this disclaimer as a binding condition of use.
